I would strongly recommend Showhomes Staging. The Home Managers took great pride in their job and were very responsible. Showhomes makes the homes they occupy very accessible to other agents as well as making the home available for Open Houses. I found the home always immaculate, great quality furniture and it looked beautiful.
Since the home was staged, the amount of buyer showings doubled. Within three weeks of staging the property, we had our first offer after many months on the market vacant!

It was our goal to sell our “Brand New” 2007 custom house quickly and for the highest price possible. We were convinced that to do so, it would be necessary to stage the home. We interviewed several staging companies. Most were very costly and over our budget. After visiting homes staged by Showhomes, we began to change our minds and eventually became convinced that Showhomes could provide the high quality job that we desired. However, when we heard that the home manager they wanted to put into our home was an entire family complete with 3 children we started to get cold feet. Beth George convinced us that this would not be a problem and how right she was!
The home was staged exquisitely! The Home Manager, Laura, was beyond easy to work with and the home was always immaculate. You absolutely could not tell that anyone was living in this home.
We sold the home for the price we wanted and in less than

Hi Beth .. we secured a purchase agreement on our Lido property where Kevin Williams has been the Home Manager. I can’t tell you how great Kevin has been!
